摘要：戰略成本管理是提升企業市場競爭力的關鍵。論文從供應鏈視域下，對新時代企業戰略成本管理的內涵、缺陷及應用方向展開探討，指出為了科學開展企業戰略成本管理活動，要求將供應鏈理念引入企業戰略成本管理之中，建立以價值鏈、成本管理動因及信息技術輔助為一體的企業戰略成本管理模式。
