柔性管理在應急供應鏈構建中的應用

摘要：突發事件的不確定性對應急供應鏈的運作提出了更高的要求，論文在闡述柔性管理的基本理念的基礎上，嘗試分析應急供應鏈管理目前存在的實際運作問題，討論結合柔性管理加以解決并由此提出相應的對策建議。
